Deposit/Cancellation Policy:

50 % deposit required to confirm your reservation

50% deposits will be refunded  (less $50) if we are notified of your cancellation prior to November 10th.
On or before Nov 15th all balances due will be charged in full

 and are NON-refundable unless your entire reservation can be rebooked.

Re ‘tax/ sf’ : In Vermont Rooms & Meals tax is 9% and the ‘SF’ (service fee) will be a 15% gratuity for your dinner service..      
These charges will be prepaid when you package is charged.
